My father is a doctor who runs a clinic in Brussels, and my mother handles the admin side — so the operational headaches of running a clinic were clear early on. I worked in software companies for five years in London.

Devoted tea and ice cream lover.

Also needs exactly one coffee a day, and is unbearably picky about it. (Max here: trust me.)

Lummy is an AI receptionist for clinics. It answers calls, replies to website chat, and handles routine enquiries and bookings around the clock.

Lummy was built by people who grew up inside a clinic — our founder’s father runs his own practice and his mother managed it. We work only with clinics, so the product is shaped by how clinics actually operate, not generic call-centre logic.

Will it replace my receptionist?

No. Lummy never gives medical advice, diagnoses, or clinical recommendations — anything clinical is routed straight to your team.

What happens if a call or chat needs a human?

Lummy recognises when a situation needs a person and either transfers the call or captures a detailed message with full context. Patients can also ask for a human at any point.

Does Lummy work in multiple languages?

Yes — Lummy handles all languages, switching automatically within a single clinic or even a single conversation.

How does Lummy handle after-hours and missed enquiries?

It answers every enquiry instantly, day or night, instead of sending callers to voicemail. Your team starts each day with organised summaries rather than a backlog.
